Boarding house Vide is a family owned boarding house with long tradition, opened in 1970. in the small and quiet village and bay of Bristova on the north side of Hvar island, far from the crowds and noise of mass tourism. Bristova is a bay 3 km away from Bogomolje,20 km from Sućuraj and 60 km from Hvar-city.

Boarding house Vide is situated 10 meters from the sea, surrounded by old pine forests and fields of rosemary and sage.

​This is a perfext place to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation, but if you prefer, it can also be an excellent base for active and attractive holidays full of adventure and exploration. Those young people but also the eldery people can find in this typical dalmatian village something that will really interest them and make their stay pleasant.

The property, which was renovated in 2002., provides 9 double bed rooms each with private bathroom and balcony with a sea view. In Bristova there is a wonderful pebble beach and few rocky beaches which provide swimming and diving in a crystal blue and unpolluted sea.​
Our guests can enjoy in typical Dalmatian specialties and daily fresh fish (we serve our own fish and vegetables grown in our garden). As registered agricultural family we have our own wine and olive oil ( extra virgin ) and many of the food prepared in a traditional way.​
Boarding house Vide is a place where, through the lush nature and the intoxicating scents of lavender, rosemary and sage, you can experience the Mediterranean as it used to be.
